Public bug reported:

Using caps in username causes it to be rejected, but there is no
indication that caps aren't allowed. There should be a hint line
stating that no caps are allowed, or better, accept the username and
remove caps automatically. A hint next to "forward" that each line
above must be "checked" could also help.

"When I run the disk in the new computer, the installation runs fine
until I get to the point where it says "Ready when you are", and I can
go no further. The "Forward" button on the screen remains "gray", after
entering all the required info; all I can do is go "Back" or click on
the "Ready..." line. (This is the new 10.10 release, not the beta
version; I verified the disk, it came back as 100% no errors.)"

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
