Just to clarify: "Re-mount" logs only indicates commit change value (from 0 to 600, from 600 to 0) to improve performance in laptop battery mode. I deactivated this behaviour doing:
chmod -x /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/journal-commit But my laptop still freezes. So I can confirm re-mount ext4 logs are not related to the issue. It only happens to me in battery mode with X session (no freezes if I boot in recovery-mode with only a terminal). Unfortunately, I can't find any crash log. I tried mainline kernel 2.6.36 and also freezes. -- [pm-utils][maverick] system stutters, freezes, hangs, gratuitous 'Commit=0' errors https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/610055 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
