What happens: Lockup while changing some values in the preferences and
the music is playing. It doesn't mattar if I have the streamer on or
off. The bug is reproducable.

+ As you can see I press "play" and then press the prefs button where I
+ try to change anything but the program just locks up.

+ You can see the line "mixer got bad compressor string" at the time I try
+ to change a value. After that I press the "x" to forcefully close the
+ hung program.
