Public bug reported:

- I just wanted to unzip / unrar a compressed file under windows with
Hebrew file names.

- Archive Manager can't continue the decompression because it can't
figure out the hebrew filenames.

- error recevied is for example: Cannot create /home/dan/Dropbox/work/š‹…š
NQC.doc
Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character

- Hebrew file names are shown instead at squares with hexadecimal.

- installed : sudo apt-get install culmus xfonts-efont-unicode xfonts-
efont-unicode-ib xfonts-intl-european msttcorefonts

- Hebrew file names in nautilus - no problem at all.

- if I compress / decompress Hebrew in ubuntu , no problem.

- issue only when archive files comes from windows,

- I have ubuntu 10.10. this problem have been around for a long time at
least since I know (ubuntu 8. somthing).

- maybe this has to do with it too... :
