Hi, What ntfs-3g version are you using ?
I am not sure for Windows 7, which I do not have, but on Vista there is no "Application Data" directory any more, it has been replaced by a symbolic link : [li...@pavilion2 ~]$ ls -l "/vista/Users/Jean-Pierre_2/Application Data" lrwxrwxrwx 2 linux root 180 Nov 8 2008 /vista/Users/Jean-Pierre_2/Application Data -> /vista/Users/Jean-Pierre_2/AppData/Roaming The Vista symbolic links are supported by ntfs-3g since ntfs- 3g-2009.11.14 PS The links you reference are related to problems which have been fixed long ago.
