Public bug reported: Binary package hint: brasero
When using the 1:1 disc copy utility, I insert the DVD from which I want to create a backup ISO. The Image burning setup dialog box contains the following: Select a disc image to write "file_name.iso": 7.8 GB Select a disc to write to "Blank DVD-ROM Disc: not enough free space" Please choose another CD or DVD or insert a new one The data size is too large for the disc even with the overburn option. ?????????????????????????????? When last I checked, a blank DVD-ROM Disc held 8+ GB of information. Is this a failing of Brasero?
