Ubuntu Software Center will not have "a checkbox system for installing
and removing multiple items", because that is both more difficult to
learn and slower to use than installing/removing things immediately.
In USC 3.0 experts can, if they like, queue multiple items for
installation with a custom list, entering package names separated by
commas in the search field. In that respect, this bug is fixed.
