I'm sorry Ubuntu One is not working as expected.
Can you please add detailed instructions on how to reproduce this issue?
Also, please detail what "gnome window" you're getting, sine I'm not sure what
you're referring to. A screenshot would certainly help :-).
Likewise, please compress and attach all your log files under:
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log
and
~/.cache/sso/
