Step 1: start Open Office Writer Step 2: click 'help' in the menu Step 3: search for 'insert special characters' Step 4: Read the provided text Step 5: Considder the option of actually using the provided info, decide yes. Step 6: Press Ctl+Shift+S and see a window opening Step 7: Compare the open 'save file' menu with the description in the help-text Step 8: Notice the discrepenty between the promised 'insert special character'-menu and the open 'save file' menu
