The logs you attached indicate the system has been woken up from suspend
or hibernate (unless I'm misreading the contents of WifiSyslog.txt).
Could you please try to reboot and see if it autoconnects (and give it
enough time to do so, like a minute or two after the desktop has come
up, just in case)?
Unfortunately this seems like an issue with the wl driver more than one
with NM, but let's make sure things are really not NM's fault :)
