- debian/control: Updated Build-Depends and Depends
from libpetsc3.1-dev to libpetsc3.0.0-dev
- debian/patches/petsc3.1: Fixes several FTBFS with petsc3.1
(missing include, compilation error)
- debian/rules:
+ Don't hardcode PETSC_ARCH.
+ Fix build failure with lam4-dev, configure
--with-cxx=$(firstword $(wildcard /usr/bin/mpicxx /usr/bin/mpic++))
+ Updated vtk include path to vtk-5.4.

* debian/rules: updated LDFLAGS to change -lblas-3g to -lblas. This fixes a
FTBFS with "C++ compiler cannot create executables" error.
* petsc3.1.patch: refreshed for libmesh 0.6.4
