Public bug reported: Binary package hint: visualboyadvance
VisualBoyAdvance is running at over %200 throttle when playing a game... This is due to audio throttling, so I try to manually adjust the throttle using VisualBoyAdvance.cfg in my home folder, and it slows it to the right speed, but distorts the sound horribly. Also, there does not seem to be a way to change the audio driver to something that works for me. (I suspect ALSA is the problem) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: visualboyadvance 1.8.0-5 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-25.45-generic 2.6.32.21+drm33.7 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-25-generic x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Tue Nov 16 15:26:45 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS "Lucid Lynx" - Release amd64 (20100816.1) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_CA.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: visualboyadvance ** Affects: visualboyadvance (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- Games running really fast, manual throttling distorts sound https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/676285 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
