I have similar problems. Although it is not form related for me. A regular pdf (Adobe Reader prints it right) has some parts " (it looks like it is extremly widely spaced and wraped to multiple lines)" that are malformed... Maybe this is a font issue...
While I can't post my PDF (invoice with too much personal info in it) maybe the original poster can?
