Why Ubuntu doesn't compile libvpx with ivfenc/ivfdec (or vpxenc/vpxdec
since 0.9.5)?
I saw the build log and the configure option "--disable-install-bins" is
used to obtain this result I think.
I can't see a good reason to leave them out. They are useful tools!
