I'm on Maverick amd64, and I'm still experiencing this issue. Doesn't
matter which skin I use. This is Audacious 2.4.0, from the ubuntu repos.
Clicking the status icon once makes the app disappear, and clicking it
again restores it way up in the left hand corner of the screen, and
always with the playlist unconnected from and obscuring the main window.
I've noticed the same behaviour with another plugin, the "Global Hotkey"
plugin, with which I've assigned "Toggle Player Windows" to a hotkey to
quickly hide/show Audacious. Every time I reshow it with the hotkey, it
ends up in the top left. Really maddening! Note that I have only a
single gnome panel along the bottom edge of the screen, with the system
tray ("Notification area") in the bottom right, like in windows.Potentially related bugs: bug #124315 - metacity - remember window positions bug #157497 - metacity - windows stack up in top right corner -- Audacious window position forgotten on display toggle via plugins, and on restart https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/409539 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
