Seems to me that your system ended up in an inconsistent state where the
apturl-kde python module was not available. This however would never
happen since both the module and apturl-kde itself are part of the same
package, so naturally I must assume that something went wrong in the
upgrade which, as said, resulted in a state of incosistency of at least
the apturl-kde package.
Dismissing as invalid, though it is really more like can't fix since the
apturl side of things should be just fine. Also I dont suppose you have
the upgrade logs still around?
