Public bug reported:

if booting linaro kernel version 2.6.35-1008-linaro-omap, with
hwpack_linaro-igep_20101109-1_armel.tar.gz, the Marvell WLAN 802.11
adapter is never instantiated on the board preventing the wifi
interface from coming up.

Replacing the kernel with 2.6.35-1007-linaro-omap, the adapter is
properly instantiated and a wireless connection is later made.

One area of concern is commit 00cd6e6ad383061b7111f7cff3d0f84b73d3c0c7
(igepv2: Remove VMMC2 regulator), which removes an unused regulator
entry, but left the second MMC channel (used by the Libertas WLAN
mudule) without link to power regulator. This causes the SDIO module to
fail being detected. (per eballetbo)

Since WIFI/BT (MMC2) requires link to power regulator to be detected,
the SDIO card on mmc2 is not detected and the libertas_sdio driver is
not loaded at boot time due to lack of power. Without libertas_sdio, the
Marvel chip is not instantiated and wifi support is not enabled.

** Affects: linux-linaro (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
