Binary package hint: software-center

When upgrading software-center its runs update-apt-xapian-index for 50
minutes consuming a full CPU, and the installation seems to stale (no
feedback to the user about whats is going on)

The system is a "Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     T9300  @ 2.50GHz" and
was doing nothing else.
