Retried 6.06LTS and there is nothing in casper.log.  When trying 6.06
the splash gets to mounting root filesystem, which doesnt suceed.

going `ls /cdrom` from the busybox shell shows that /cdrom is empty, I
presume this is where the live file system is supposed to be?

Back to Ubuntu 7.04 beta, tried putting SATA controller into AHCI in
BIOS, no change.  I also see that my CDROM is configured as slave, so I
will try making it a master next.
