running
rfkill list
i got

Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
doing
sudo rfkill unblock all
i got nothing because redoing
sudo rfkill list i got the same :
0: hci0: Bluetooth
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
and noway rebooting...
