The memory corruption issue might be correct.  I just replaced a stick
of PC133 RAM with another, larger stick.  I now have 2 x 256MB = 512MB.
Never saw this problem before, but this is my second night with 7.04
Feisty Fawn so it's possible that this happened because of the 69
updates that I was in the process of installing.
