Tim -- for the record, there is no way to run apport-collect: this is an
*install* from ISO on a remote system. All that is available is the
serial console. Installation fails on network, and the only way to look
at it is interrupting debian-installer (open a shell) and locally
looking it up.

I can give you access to it (it's in one of the Canonical DCs).
