** Description changed: Binary package hint: nautilus + Click on a directory with a . in it and make a duplicate of it by typing control-C control-V. If you make a directory with a . in it you get things like the following: Program version 1.1a Program version 1(copy).1a This is normal for files as you don't want to touch the extension, but for directories this is an undesired thing. -- Copying a directory with a period in it and pasting to the same place makes it rename the directory incorrectly. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/680837 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
