I have check on the latest version on Maverick and it is working fine with 2 twitter accounts. It did have some challenge a while ago on setting up an account in gwibber, I can't remember if it was a Facebook or Twitter account but the 'Add' button would not appear after successful login. However when I added my 2nd twitter account yesterday all worked fine.
