This isn't trivial, because bootchart2 builds a pybootchartgui binary
package and we already have a separate source package building that with
extensive Ubuntu modifications. My understanding is that most of the
changes we care about are already in Ubuntu. Nevertheless, various
people including Scott James Remnant, James Hunt, and Michael Frey have
been looking at this with an eye to merging. Perhaps you could talk
with them?
