This looks like you have a bad cd. Have you checked the MD5 or tried to redownload? How exactly are you trying to install this (launched from inside the OS, booted to CD, etc). Please elaborate on the issue you are experiencing as BackTrack is not an Ubuntu supported package and the issue you are having does not appear related to Ubuntu.
