This doesn't seem to be a bug in Ubuntu as such.  What has happened is
that either you or perhaps some "tweaking" program you ran has edited
the file /etc/grub.d/00_header in a broken way:

  /etc/grub.d/00_header: 42: Visualizza: not found

You may have a file /etc/grub.d/00_header.dpkg-dist on your system; if
so, you can take a backup of /etc/grub.d/00_header and then copy
/etc/grub.d/00_header.dpkg-dist over the top of it.  Otherwise, take a
backup of /etc/grub.d/00_header, remove /etc/grub.d/00_header, and run:

  sudo apt-get --reinstall -o DPkg::options::=--force-confmiss grub-
common

That should sort it out (if typed exactly!).
