The 'search' line (which is generated by GRUB) is correct, but the
root=UUID= part (which is generated by linux-boot-prober, from the os-
prober package) is wrong.
Could you please attach /boot/grub/grub.cfg from both the installation
on /dev/sda1 and the installation on /dev/sda3, of course clearly
labelling which is which? Thanks in advance.
