I could install the XEmacs package by removing the ocaml-mode package, then the re-install of ocaml-mode just triggers the aforementioned error, which concerns just one .el file of the package (the others, like automatic indentation and syntax highlighting, compile correctly and should work fine).
So the ocamldebug.el file should be fixed by the maintainer, but I think XEmacs install should not fail only because some .el doesn't compile, so there is still room for improvement in the configuration process. -- package xemacs21-mule 21.4.22-2ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: le sous-processus script post-installation installé a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/681671 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
