The bug report can be closed.
The solution has been provided (use a non-gui tool like aptitude which enables
interactions - here: accept the licence) by the update-manager informations
display in the terminal window.
Unfortunately the popup to open a bug report came before that. which is just
what I did.
Now I did the installation of the packet via aptitude an it seemed to work just
fine.
