It appears that the original fix for this issue has triggered a
regression on other systems. Upstream indicates that a slightly
different fix should be applied. Could those affected please test the
kernels at the URL below, these contains the original fix reverted and
brings up to the latest apparent fixes from upstream. Please report any
testing back here. The kernels are here:
