Binary package hint: yelp
The bug is on ubuntu 10.04, 10.10 and 10.10 netbook remix.
To view the bug:
1.Open yelp.
2.Click "Adding, Removing and Updating Applications".
3.Right-click "Installing an application".
4.And finally click "Open Link in New Window".
Yelp will show you an error "The requested URI "xref:installing" is
invalid".
