It would be very useful to have this functionality, but as Chris notes,
it is larger than what can be achieved in a day. I can't see an
existing bug open to provide this support in Ubiquity (or another part
of the LiveCD infrastructure) so making it as a Wishlist item there for
the moment.
Indeed a month ago I was helping somebody though just this issue (MS
Windows installation afterwards had killed grub and they just wanted a
working machine back).
