The only place i can reproduce this is when 10.10 is run natively on the specific laptop hardware. I have four identical laptops and it fails the same way on each laptop. However it runs cleanly on other hardware. It also runs cleanly in a VM instance on the same laptop. Hence my suspicion that it is drvier related.
What it appears like is a tx buffer is filled and for ~10 seconds it drains correctly to the network. At that point the tx stops. When the VLC playback is stopped, the tx buffer is drained to the network and i see those packets. -- vlc stops network streaming at approx 10s https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/654598 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
