10.10 is not any better with Windows 7 as near as I can tell. I think installing on a partition would be much easier. I only wanted wubi for cross platform read and write between hard drive. There seems to be always way more trouble with linux being compatible with NTFS than Windows reading the ext2 ext3 + drives.
