Public bug reported:

In Feisty Beta, the two USB hubs I have seem to turn on and off, which
makes their respective lights turn on and off (maybe 3 seconds on, 27
off). When a thumb drive or webcam is plugged into the hubs, the lights
stay on, and the usb thumb drive mounts and operates fine. When
unplugged, the lights resume their blinking show. A usb cord, unless
some device is plugged to the other end, will not produce the same
effect. This does not happen in Edgy or Dapper and I have not tried
another version of Feisty.

For now, I've "fixed" it (prevented myself from getting a migraine) by
storing my thumb drives in the usb hubs.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
