The current method of handling this - is to present the user with the
option to acknowledge that the browser is currently on an Ubuntu machine
(When faced with the message "Not running Ubuntu") This override option
only shows if the User-Agent is X11; Linux. Doing so saves a cookie to
prevent the message from appearing in the future and continues with the
APTURL redirect.
