Acer Travelmate 5520G and Ubuntu 10.10, waking from suspend is
unreliable and very oftern results in a completedly black screen or
password prompt window, when password prompt appears and you move mouse
the computer crashes often and the only solution is to power down the
machine and start it again.

machine hang at black screen after trying to wake it from suspend.
