I'm join to Boris. I have the same prb on Lenovo S10-3C. BTW: If you will turn off wifi in "noapic acpi=off" mode, then touchpad turn off also and it doesn't work any more (the same as wi-fi) until rebot. I think that keyboard also turn off. Some later i will check it too.
