Could you please run `sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install
ubiquity` in a console to make sure the CD has the absolute latest
version of the installer program. Then run the installer again with
debugging enabled by typing `ubiquity --debug` in a console. When the
installer crashes or gets past the Migrate Documents and Settings page,
please attach /var/log/installer/debug and /var/log/syslog to this bug
