This was because there wasn't a natty-ish URL for the CD build system to
download (http://people.canonical.com/~evand/wubi/natty/stable). There
is now. This is fixed for Ubuntu desktop now, will be fixed for Xubuntu
desktop shortly, and Kubuntu desktop is (I'm told) waiting on a
kdebindings fix - but in any event the root cause is done with now.
