Hi Chris We definitely need to solve this for the non-FFM case. I'm afraid you are on your own with FFM.
Do you think it would feel most natural to have different menus on different screens, related to the app on each screen which is focused? AIUI there is only one focused app, even in a multi-monitor setup, so the menu really applies to that even if it's not on the screen where your mouse is.
