It is also possible to set X up to apply this setting automatically for
this specific hardware via xorg.conf.d. However, to do that we have to
know what your hardware *is*. If you test this option and find it
solves the problem on your hardware, please post your
/proc/bus/input/devices file and re-open this bug report and we can
craft an appropriate rule for your HW.
