On an LTSP terminal server, Ubuntu 10.04, there are thousands of defunct
ica processes:
# ps ax | grep ica | grep defunct | wc -l
22004
iTalc should be running on the system, but italc-master cannot connect
to the service daemon. The service daemon is not running any more.
