As said in "https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RadeonDriver";, Radeon Xpress 200G is well supported by xorg-video-radeon; and "1:6.13.1-1ubuntu5" is its latest version at this moment. I tried using them instead of fglrx and the bug still doesn't reproduce to me; but using an ATI Radeon HD5750, which has no hardware acceleration with xorg.
