There's many conflicting and different issues here; judging from the details added by Michele, this is indeed a bug in resolvconf if you can bring up the interfaces with 'sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart', but restarting resolvconf wipes /etc/resolv.conf clean.
stefanweite, please try your fix again if possible then restart resolvconf with the 'sudo /etc/init.d/resolvconf restart' command and let us know whether this clears /etc/resolv.conf.
