Public bug reported:
When I try to save a file in Firefox, a dialog comes up. There is an option to
"Browse for other folders." Clicking on this drops down a browsing area. It
flashes to a normal size but shrinks immediately to showing about two
files/folders in the selected directory. Hiding and expanding will cause the
dropdown to open at the correct size. Sometimes it does this on the first
retry, sometimes it takes multiple attempts.
This happens with any dialog of that sort.
