I have made in the last days apt-get dist-upgrade again and now a few
more packages are updated. I'm now even using PCManFM 0.9.8 and all 4
problems in the first post are gone. But there is now another problem. I
can't open PCManFM anymore if the process "pcmanfm --desktop --profile
LXDE" is started automatically. This happens on my user and root account
even if I delete the configuration files of PCManFM and reboot the
system. If I kill the process "pcmanfm --desktop --profile LXDE" I can
open PCManFM without any problems. It's then using the default profile
in ~/.config/pcmanfm/default/pcmanfm.conf.
