Update #1. I have a nasty hack in place that allows you to fix this
problem. In other words the keyboard is working with the acpi.

At least I have the keyboard and acpi working at the same time now.

I agree the best way to solve this is a custom DSDT. 
That will take a bit of time. 
Even better news Its appears from the bios dumps 3g hardware and wifi adapters 
are hardcoded on which ones will and will not work in the bios.
