Binary package hint: man-db

I am on a brand new hard drive installed acouple of hours earlier,
runing a  brand new instance from live dvd installer OSDisc.com
{Ultimate Edition 2.8). I have not yet done anything to the new h/d as
far as partitioning etc... I thought the install wizzard would detect
and prompt.
